Job summary

Acushnet Company is seeking a Lead PLM System Analyst to serve as the subject matter expert for PLM processes, systems, and data governance across the organization. You will lead development, optimization, and deployment of PLM capabilities to support product creation, data management, and enterprise objectives.

You will collaborate with Product Creation, Sourcing, Operations, IT, and other teams to define strategies, roadmaps, and to ensure system capabilities meet current and future needs.

Qualifications

• Requires PLM governance standards, business processes, workflows, and best practices.
• Knowledge of data quality methodologies and master data management.
• Experience leading system enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead PLM projects and system enhancements from requirements gathering through deployment and adoption.
