Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Engineering Consulting Manager to lead PLM‑enabled engineering transformations across multiple industries. You will own functional designs, guide process modernization, and translate complex requirements into scalable PLM solutions.

You will collaborate with engineering leadership to define end‑to‑end models, manage requirements, and drive value through Digital Thread initiatives and product lifecycle optimization. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering improvement initiatives.
• Minimum of 2 years in a Fortune 500 environment, high‑performance settings.
• Experience facilitating requirement gathering workshops and design sessions.
• Strong background in product engineering, R&D, manufacturing, or engineering systems.
• Experience with CAD and PLM systems; familiarity with large‑scale PLM implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead current state and future state analysis of engineering and product development processes.
• Define end-to-end functional solution designs leveraging PLM capabilities.
• Own functional requirements, process models, and user stories across PLM workstreams.
• Guide development of Digital Thread / PLM strategies and roadmaps.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships; facilitate executive workshops.
