Qualifications

BS/BA in science, engineering or business administration or equivalent.
10+ years of digital project management experience, preferably in medical devices.
5+ years leading medical device enterprise software projects.
Experience with process improvement initiatives and PM methodologies.

Responsabilités

Manage cross-functional activities within the project and align with company processes.
Highly skilled in project planning, risk management, and communication to all levels.
Lead multiple parallel projects with matrixed governance and team members.
Oversee all phases of a digital transformation project from problem definition to value realization.
Publish dashboards and reports communicating progress, risk, and achievements.
Develop and deliver formal communications, including effective presentations.
Mentor other Project Managers and track team progress with status reports.
Develop reusable materials and tools to improve digital project delivery and organizational change management.
