The Boeing Company is seeking an Engineering Product Lifecycle Senior Manager to lead PLM/IPDM initiatives in Huntington Beach or El Segundo. You will drive ITAR/EAR compliance, data management, and cross-functional collaboration across SIWS and SIWS divisions.
This onsite leadership role requires 11+ years of relevant experience, strong PLM tool familiarity (TeamCenter/IPDM, NX, CATIA), and a proven track record in process improvement within regulated engineering environments.
Competenze
- BS in Engineering or related field; 8+ years in engineering/tech roles
Mansioni
- Lead and manage a team supporting Proprietary, Autonomous & Maritime Programs
- PLM IPDM deployment leadership for El Segundo site
- Develop strategies to enhance team, process and tool performance
- Coach on PLM processes and tools to internal teams and partners
- Collaborate with Enterprise PLM and IT to address site and division needs
- Manage relationships with internal/external stakeholders
- Oversee process documentation and export control compliance
- Lead continuous improvement to reduce disruptions and boost efficiency
- Apply data analysis and evidence-based decision making daily
