Job summary

VOLTO Consulting in Long Beach, CA seeks an experienced PLM Product Owner to define and drive the PLM roadmap for aerospace programs. You will translate business needs into actionable user stories, prioritize backlogs, and collaborate with engineering, IT, and manufacturing teams to deliver value.

The role requires 13–20 years in PLM, hands-on experience with 3DX or Teamcenter, and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Backlog & Strategy: Define, prioritize, and maintain the PLM product roadmap and backlog, turning business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between engineering, manufacturing, IT, and external partners to gather requirements and drive adoption.

Process Improvement: Optimize PLM workflows, including Change Management (ECR/ECN), BOM management, and document control, aligning them with company goals.

Agile Leadership: Drive product development using Scrum or SAFe, leading grooming and sprint planning sessions with technical teams.

System Ownership: Ensure system availability, data integrity, security, and compliance with industry standards, coordinating testing and deployment of new features.
