Electra in Manassas, VA is seeking a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Specialist to own configuration management and PLM across the company. You will administer Siemens Teamcenter and NX, align PLM with CAD, wiring design tools, MES, and ERP, and lead integrations that support our EL9 program toward certification.

This high-visibility role reports to engineering leadership, manages contracted PLM resources, and defines work packages to meet program milestones.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of PLM system administration and architecture.
• Hands-on with Siemens Teamcenter and NX.
• Aerospace PLM and configuration management experience.
• Experience integrating CAD, wiring design, MES, and ERP.
• Experience managing PLM contractors and external experts.
• Strong cross-functional communication in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead PLM implementation activities and scope work for contractors.
• Drive contractor performance to accelerate feature delivery.
• Deliver integration of Capital with Teamcenter.
• Perform IT tasks to support PLM deployment and maintenance.
• Support users and add new capability quickly.
• Provide updates to engineering leadership on progress and blockers.
• Develop configuration management procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of configurations and changes.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, program leadership, suppliers and certification leads.
