Job summary

MESO Scale Diagnostics, LLC. seeks a Principal Solutions Architect – PLM & Digital Thread to own Teamcenter X deployment, MES/JDE integrations, and ongoing operations in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years hands-on Siemens Teamcenter PLM across versions and releases.
• Proven track record as a Solutions Architect with enterprise PLM/digital thread implementations.
• Experience designing integrations between PLM and MES/ERP systems (JDE preferred).
• In‑depth knowledge of Teamcenter modules: Active Workspace, BMIDE, workflows, change management.
• Experience in FDA‑regulated or GxP environments with 21 CFR Part 11 compliance.
• Transformational experience leading enterprise-scale PLM implementations.

Responsibilities

• Architect, configure, and implement PLM solutions in Teamcenter X to unify the digital thread from design to manufacturing and commercial ops.
• Translate process requirements into Teamcenter X configurations, workflows, and integrations in partnership with the Digital Thread Lead.
• Serve as SME for Teamcenter X; administer the platform, stay current with SaaS releases, and promote best practices.
• Design and maintain integrations between Teamcenter X, MES platforms, and JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JDE) ensuring data continuity.
• Provide ongoing operational support, incident response, and continuous improvement of PLM and integration stack.
• Lead architecture discussions and ensure testing, procedures, and validation meet 21 CFR Part 11 and GxP standards.
