Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace seeks a Principal Software Engineer to architect and deploy PLM extended solutions, including Teamcenter and Digital Thread. You will collaborate with Product and Systems Engineering, offshore resources, and solution architects to deliver scalable PLM integrations with SAP and CAD systems.

The role emphasizes deep Teamcenter knowledge, MBSE tooling, and architecture leadership to meet business objectives and ensure secure, scalable deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering or related field required.
• 8+ years of experience in PLM systems with strong Siemens Teamcenter architecture and solutioning.
• Knowledge of digital thread tools like Syndeia or MBSE tools like Cameo is a plus.
• Proven track record in architecting, implementing and managing large-scale Teamcenter PLM projects.

Responsibilities

• Deliver global Teamcenter PLM and Digital Thread deployments with cross-functional teams.
• Deploy scalable MBSE systems and Syndeia digital thread solutions, documenting architectures for platform teams.
• Lead all phases of Teamcenter PLM projects: requirements, design, development, testing, deployment.
• Stay updated on Teamcenter advancements and propose innovative solutions.
• Ensure alignment with security, privacy, accessibility, and data inventory standards.
