Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking a Senior PLM Solutions Engineer to join as a hybrid employee.

You will lead the assessment, definition, and design of PLM solutions that support design, engineering, and manufacturing with ENOVIA/3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) as a core platform. You will partner with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, improve processes, and design scalable PLM solutions aligned with enterprise goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in PLM, business analysis, solution architecture, or related enterprise systems roles.
• Required experience with ENOVIA/3DEXPERIENCE; Windchill and Teamcenter are highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of PLM data models, system integrations, and enterprise workflow concepts.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for PLM processes, systems, and workflows.
• Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders to translate needs into designs.
• Design scalable PLM solutions for BOM management, change management, document management, and configuration management.
• Lead fit-gap analysis and drive process standardization to align with enterprise objectives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, vendors, and IT for implementation, testing, integration, and deployment.
• Provide technical guidance to ensure scalable, sustainable PLM solutions.
