Job summary

Acushnet Company seeks a strategic Lead PLM System Analyst to serve as the expert for PLM processes, systems, and data governance across the organization. You will lead development, optimization, and deployment of PLM capabilities that support product creation, data management, and enterprise objectives.

You will partner with Product Creation, Sourcing, Operations, IT, and other functions to define strategies, establish roadmaps, and ensure capabilities support current and future needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience supporting PLM/PDM systems or related disciplines.
• Experience leading enterprise system implementations and cross-functional initiatives.
• Knowledge of data governance, master data management, and data quality methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead PLM projects from requirements gathering through deployment and adoption.
• DefinePLM strategies, roadmaps, and governance frameworks across the organization.
• Collaborate with Product Creation, Sourcing, Operations, IT and other teams to align processes with technology.
