Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking an experienced Staff PLM Analyst to own the strategy, governance, and data integrity of our Product Lifecycle Management system. You will partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Program Management to ensure a single source of truth across concept to end-of-life, driving scalable processes.

The role emphasizes BOM strategy, ECO/ECN governance, data stewardship, and cross-functional training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8+ years in a PLM analyst, product data management, or configuration management role including defining team wide processes and standards.
• Strong understanding of server and data center architecture.
• Demonstrated experience managing Engineering Change Orders and change control processes in a regulated or structured engineering environment.
• Strong understanding of part lifecycle management, document control, and revision management principles.
• Experience mentoring or developing other analysts, and building training materials or SOPs from scratch.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior cross-functional leaders and drive consensus on complex, ambiguous problems.
• Autonomy across multiple concurrent, high-impact initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define BOM structure standards, templates, and governance policies across hardware.
• Own end-to-end ECO/ECN process with governance and escalation paths.
• Maintain PLM data standards, part numbers, classification, and metadata across the catalog.
• Act as PLM primary contact for Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and Program Management.
