Job summary

Acushnet Company seeks a Lead PLM System Analyst to act as the subject matter expert for PLM processes, systems, and data governance across the organization. Lead the development, optimization, and deployment of PLM capabilities to support product creation, data management, and enterprise goals.

You will partner with Product Creation, Sourcing, Operations, IT, and other functions to define strategies, establish roadmaps, and ensure system capabilities meet current and future needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience supporting PLM/PDM systems, product master data management, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading large-scale projects and enterprise system implementations.
• Strong knowledge of PLM systems, BOM structures, and product data management.

Responsibilities

• Lead PLM governance standards, workflows, and best practices across the organization.
• Oversee complex PLM projects from requirements through deployment and adoption.
• Collaborate with external vendors and technology partners to evaluate solutions and resolve issues.
• Develop training materials, system documentation, and end-user support programs.
• Mentor PLM users and analysts, promoting knowledge sharing and capability building.
