Job summary

Acushnet Company is seeking a Lead ERP Program Manager to drive its global SAP S/4HANA transformation, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery across multiple workstreams. You will lead governance, planning, and execution, partnering with business leaders and implementation partners, and guiding teams through discovery, design, implementation, hypercare, and sustainment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
PMP or similar project management certification is highly preferred.
SAP training and/or certification in Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Finance, or Supply Chain is preferred.
SAP Activate Methodology or related SAP technologies certifications are desirable.
Minimum 8 years of program/project management leadership experience delivering complex enterprise technology initiatives.
At least 5 years of experience with SAP ERP across multiple versions and processes.

Responsibilities

Lead governance, planning, execution, and delivery of complex ERP programs and initiatives.
Partner with SAP functional/tech teams, stakeholders, and partners to meet schedule and budget.
Oversee multi-workstream programs from discovery through sustainment using SAP Activate and Agile.
Establish governance forums, manage plans, resources, risks, and dependencies.
Drive organizational change management and executive reporting for business value realization.
