Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Senior PLM Analyst to own day-to-day PLM data accuracy from concept through end-of-life. You will create and update BOMs, manage ECOs/ECNs, and maintain clean product data while partnering with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.

The ideal candidate has server hardware awareness and thrives in a fast-moving environment. You will support New Product Introduction gates, drive process improvements, and train new PLM users.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in a PLM analyst, product data management, or configuration management role.
• Basic understanding of server and data center hardware.
• Familiarity with Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and change control in regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of part lifecycle management, documentation control, and revision management.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks against deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead creation, maintenance, and release of BOMs with high accuracy.
• Process Engineering Change Orders and ECNs through PLM workflow with timely follow-up.
• Prepare change packages and supporting documentation for CRB meetings.
• Enter and maintain part records, attributes, and classifications in PLM systems.
• Engage with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing to drive PLM changes efficiently.
