Job summary

CoreWeave, The Essential Cloud for AI, seeks a Staff PLM Analyst to lead PLM governance from concept to end-of-life. You will own data integrity, change management, and cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Program Management.

Ideal candidates have strong server architecture knowledge, experience mentoring analysts, and a passion for scalable PLM systems. This role supports NPI programs and ERP integration efforts in a high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 8+ years of hands-on PLM experience.
• Strong understanding of server and data center architecture.
• Experience mentoring or developing other analysts and creating SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Define BOM structure standards, templates, and governance policies across hardware.
• Own end-to-end ECO/ECN change management process and governance.
