Job summary

Etched is seeking a Platform PLM BOM Analyst to enhance BOM quality, governance, and visibility across the PLM ecosystem. You will analyze BOMs, validate data across Teamcenter and manufacturing records, and drive improvements in reporting and dashboards.

Collaboration with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance is essential. You will help define requirements, implement scalable data governance solutions, and ensure configurations reflect Engineering-approved designs throughout

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience supporting product data, BOMs, PLM in hardware development.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and validate BOMs for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies across Engineering, Contract Manufacturer, procurement, and As-Built BOMs.
• Develop and maintain BOM reports, dashboards, Delta BOMs, and data quality metrics.
• Support Engineering Change analysis, implementation tracking, and product data validation.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve product data quality and manufacturing readiness.
• Support Teamcenter reporting, testing, and validation of new PLM capabilities.
• Identify opportunities to improve BOM management, reporting, and product data governance.
