ABB is seeking a Technical Support Expert to provide specialized assistance for AC500 PLCs, CP600 HMIs, and connectivity to ABB variable frequency drives. The role is based in New Berlin, WI with a hybrid work model and requires extensive knowledge of industrial automation.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, and Drive Services to diagnose issues, develop tech notes, and support warranty evaluations. Travel is limited, and safety guidelines are essential in all activities.

Formación

• 6+ years in technical support, field service, or engineering with PLCs and HMIs.
• Knowledge of HVAC, water and wastewater, or industrial PLC/HMI applications.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support via phone and email for AC500 PLCs, CP600 HMIs, and connectivity to ABB drives.
• Lead technical writing projects and create training content for AC500, CP600, and Connectivity.
• Coordinate with Engineering & Product Management to relay product updates to the team.
