ABB is seeking a Technical Support Expert - PLC, HMI, and Connectivity in New Berlin, WI, working hybrid. You will be the SME for AC500 PLCs, CP600 HMIs, and connectivity to ABB drives, providing remote and on-site support to customers, Sales, and product teams across North America.

You will troubleshoot complex issues, perform warranty activities, coordinate with engineering, and contribute to training content and technical documentation. Travel 5-10% and strong English communication required.

Formación

• 6+ years of technical support, field service, or engineering experience with PLCs, HMIs, and drives.
• Associate's or Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred.
• Proficient with AC500 PLC and CP600 HMI products.
• Experience in HVAC, water/wastewater, or industrial applications.
• English communication; computer-literate.
• Willingness to travel 5–10%; valid driver's license; US work authorization.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support via phone and email for AC500 PLCs, CP600 HMIs, and drives.
• Lead troubleshooting, warranty evaluation, and lab testing when needed.
• Coordinate with engineering and product management on product releases.
• Develop internal tech notes and training content.
• Document cases in Salesforce CRM.
• Support DASCs and field service activities across North America.
