Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent with maintenance experience; associate degree and experience also acceptable.
• Experience with electrical controls or automation in manufacturing environments.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics; hands-on electrical and mechanical skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve control system issues (PLCs, HMIs).
• Perform wiring and installation for control systems and related equipment.
• Provide remote support and travel between Stoughton and Indianapolis as needed.
• Assist maintenance with electrical and control-related repairs.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and system upgrades for reliability.
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance to implement improvements.
• Document control systems and programming changes, ensuring safety and quality standards.
