Randstad USA is seeking an experienced Senior Electrical & Controls Technician to join our manufacturing maintenance team. You will maximize equipment reliability across converting and auxiliary lines, diagnosing and modifying PLC logic, HMI programming, and servo drive parameters to boost throughput and reduce scrap.

Responsibilities include maintenance, calibration of field sensors and power devices, and partnering with Controls Engineers on DCS updates.

Formación

• 2 years of electrical maintenance experience.
• Experience level: Experienced.
• No degree required.

Responsabilidades

• Modify and optimize PLC logic, HMI interfaces, and servo drives to enhance performance.
• Partner with Controls Engineers to implement DCS updates and hardware retrofits.
• Maintain electrical systems across converting and auxiliary machinery with schematics and diagnostic tools.
• Repair, replace, and calibrate field sensors and power distribution devices.
• Support downtime reduction and machine trials using controls and process know-how.
• Train technicians on advanced electrical repairs and document findings in CMMS.
