Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Senior ETS Technician to support multiple manufacturing facilities by installing, commissioning, and maintaining PLC-controlled production equipment across sites. This role requires advanced expertise in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic systems and CAD interpretation.

You will troubleshoot complex systems, read schematics and CAD drawings, and collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, and Operations to drive reliability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certification in a related field; hands-on experience accepted.
• 7+ years of industrial maintenance in manufacturing environment.
• Strong troubleshooting with PLCs (Allen-Bradley/Siemens) and CAD schematics reading.

Responsibilities

• Travel to multiple plants for installation, startup, and commissioning.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Install, configure, and maintain PLC-based control systems and perform basic programming adjustments.
• Read electrical schematics, control diagrams, and CAD drawings for troubleshooting and modifications.
• Support new equipment integration, factory/site acceptance, and ramp-up.
• Collaborate with Engineering/Maintenance/Operations to standardize processes.
