You will support production schedules, work with cross‑functional teams, and ensure peak line performance through proactive maintenance and timely repairs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of industrial maintenance experience focusing on controls and electrical systems.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex electronic systems and plant processes.
• Proficiency with reading electrical schematics and prints.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve issues on electronic and control systems, focusing on Rockwell and Allen‑Bradley PLCs.
• Interpret electrical prints and translate schematics into safe corrective actions.
• Analyze operating parameters to anticipate failures and drive plant performance.
• Collaborate across functions while documenting work and communicating clearly.
• Support the production schedule, including weekend and holiday work when required.
