H.B. Fuller Company seeks a PLC/Controls Master Mechanic for the 3rd shift (10pm–6:30am) in South Bend, Indiana.

The role focuses on maintaining and troubleshooting plant control systems, electrical circuits, and related instrumentation to ensure safe, compliant operations and optimal efficiency. Minimum 10+ years in industrial maintenance with controls/electrical focus; Rockwell software and Allen Bradley PLCs knowledge; strong problem-solving and communication skills required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of industrial maintenance experience focused on controls/electrical
• General knowledge of Rockwell software and Allen Bradley PLCs
• Ability to troubleshoot complex electronic systems
• Excellent communication skills and able to work independently or on a team

Responsibilities

• Perform technical and analytical services for control systems and equipment
• Maintain and troubleshoot plant controls and electrical circuits
• Complete repairs as necessary
• Maintain instrumentation and data to feed control systems
• Ensure work complies with environmental permits and regulations
• Document data sheets and test records in the work order system
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, measuring and test equipment
• Support safety principles and company values
• Be flexible with weekend/holiday shifts when needed
