Qualifications

• 7+ years designing and programming industrial control systems for automated machinery or systems-integration projects.
• Strong proficiency with Rockwell/Allen-Bradley PLC and HMI platforms; Siemens experience is beneficial but not required.
• Ability to independently develop, debug, and commission complete control systems.
• Knowledge of EtherNet/IP and industrial networks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior electrical resource for difficult troubleshooting and root-cause analysis on the production floor.
• Review electrical schematics, panel designs, controls documentation, and code for safety and accuracy.
• Improve programming standards, reusable code, system architecture, and documentation across the Controls team.
• Provide electrical guidance and mentorship to millwrights and maintenance staff.
• Maintain and troubleshoot PLC programs using Rockwell and Siemens platforms.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to minimize downtime.
