Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot PLC-controlled machinery.
• Review or modify PLC programs.
• Work with Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Omron, or similar platforms.
• Troubleshoot HMIs, VFDs, servos, vision systems, and industrial networks.
• Diagnose sensors, instrumentation, I/O modules, safety relays, and motor controls.
• Perform equipment startup and commissioning.
• Calibrate temperature, pressure, flow, level, and proximity devices.
• Maintain PLC backups, electrical drawings, programs, and technical documentation.
• Perform root-cause analysis on repeated equipment failures.
