Qualifications

• Advanced PLC experience and PLC logic editing; Siemens S7 preferred.
• Experience troubleshooting 480V to 345kV electrical systems.
• Proficiency with VFD configuration, speed references, and PLC-to-VFD communication.
• Ability to read electrical and hydraulic schematics.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot complex electrical and controls issues across the plant.
• Navigate and edit Siemens S7 PLC logic.
• Diagnose and repair VFDs, motors, and electrical equipment.
• Work with 480V, 4,160V, 13.5kV, and 345kV distribution.
• Perform motor replacements, including electrical and mechanical components.
• Collaborate with operators to reduce downtime.
• Assist with mechanical maintenance as production ramps up.
