Job summary

Intellectt Inc is seeking an experienced PLC Programmer for an onsite contract role in North Haven, CT. You will contribute to programming, troubleshooting, automation, and commissioning of custom industrial machinery.

The role requires 5+ years in industrial controls, strong PLC programming and HMI skills, and experience with EtherNet/IP, Profinet, VFDs, servo drives, and safety systems. Onsite duties in North Haven, CT, with a 12+ month contract.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Industrial Controls Programming.
• PLC programming and troubleshooting experience.
• HMI development and operator interfaces.
• Machine automation, motion control, and safety systems.
• Experience with EtherNet/IP and Profinet.
• ETO / custom machinery experience.
• VFDs and servo drives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and modify PLC, HMI, and motion-control programs.
• Troubleshoot PLCs, VFDs, servo drives, networks, and safety systems.
• Support machine startup, FAT, SAT, and commissioning.
• Maintain controls documentation, I/O lists, and software revisions.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve controls issues.
