Job summary

Venteon is seeking a Controls Engineer to design and develop control panels and manufacturing equipment, wiring schematics, and control logic for automated systems. The role emphasizes PLC programming and HMI design to optimize production processes.

You will establish and update controls standards, perform debugging and buyoffs, and collaborate with electrical and mechanical teams to implement robust, safe, and scalable control solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Four or more years of relevant experience in controls, automation, or machinery.
• Experience with PLC programming (Allen-Bradley).
• Familiar with schematic and hardware design; knowledge of RS Logix 5000, RS View, PanelBuilder, AutoCAD, Ethernet IP, and EPLAN is preferred.
