Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Greenville, TX seeks an experienced Lead Systems Engineer to serve as the senior technical authority for platform-based system engineering across the program. You translate architectural vision into executable plans, manage requirements, risk, and verification, and lead cross-disciplinary integration and reviews.

The role requires strong background in flight control, navigation, mission systems, or electronic warfare, with a current DoD security posture and SCI.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience with testing, integrating, and verifying software and/or hardware.
• Experience as a technical, functional, program/project systems engineering leader.
• Experience with platform-level requirements management and system integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead SE execution across platform/baseline/program and manage SE process standards.
• Direct technical integration across subsystems, capabilities, and disciplines.
• Evaluate requirements, perform risk assessment, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present technical results for program meetings and reviews.
• Mentor technical leaders and support training of team members.
