Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Greenville, TX seeks a Senior Associate Systems Integration Lab Manager to lead integration/test engineering for ground and airborne platforms. You will plan, integrate, verify, validate, and troubleshoot complex systems in a SIL environment, ensuring adherence to requirements and security standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of related experience (or a graduate degree/6+ years in lieu), hands-on multi-domain testing, and the ability to obtain

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years related experience, or graduate degree or 0–2 years, or in lieu of a degree 6+ years of related experience.
• Minimum 2 years hands-on testing, integrating, and verifying software/hardware in a multi-domain mobile airborne data-link, video, and voice systems environment.
• Minimum 2 years experience with Aircraft communication system integration and ground/flight test support.
• Minimum 2 years experience with configuration and integration of aircraft RF and satellite communications systems, or cryptographic equipment.
• Secret clearance required; ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Understand physical architecture across voice, video, and data across multiple security domains.
• Review electrical wiring diagrams to ensure traceability to system requirements.
• Understand test, integration, verification, and validation planning.
• Perform verification tests to ensure system performance meets requirements.
• Facilitate the seamless operation of a continuously running Systems Integration Laboratory.
