Responsibilities

• Lead a group of experienced and senior Systems Engineers across platforms, baselines, and programs.
• Oversee technical activities with accountability for scope, schedule, labor forecasting, bidding, and lifecycle execution.
• Build and mentor the team and establish relationships with senior program and functional leaders to ensure best practices.
• Forecast Systems Engineering manpower needs based on program and potential demand forecast; create workforce and staffing plans.
• Establish training requirements for continued professional development of the team to meet business goals.
