Ellucian seeks a Senior Platform Solutions Consultant to drive customer SaaS implementations, leveraging software development, integration, and technical delivery expertise. You will design solutions across APIs and data flows, and work directly with customers to align technical options with business goals.

You will lead technical conversations, translate challenges into actionable delivery plans, and coordinate with customer teams and Ellucian experts to ensure a smooth go-live and successful

Qualificações

• Significant software development and technical implementation experience, ideally 5+ years, with hands-on experience designing, developing, integrating, or implementing modern software solutions.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of APIs, system integrations, data flows, and modern application development, with the technical depth to understand complex customer environments and recommend practical solutions.
• Experience working with SaaS and/or cloud-based solutions, including an understanding of modern integration patterns, technical architecture, and implementation and delivery principles.
• Experience participating in or leading complex software implementations, SaaS migrations, platform implementations, or other customer technology initiatives involving multiple systems, dependencies, and stakeholders.
• The ability to move between technical depth and consultative leadership — understanding the technology while also helping customers evaluate options, make decisions, and move work forward.
• Strong technical problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex environments, navigate ambiguity, identify risks and dependencies, and develop actionable solutions.
• Strong customer-facing communication and consulting skills, with the ability to lead technical conversations, explain complex concepts clearly, navigate challenging discussions, and influence both technical and business stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders to resolve issues, maintain alignment, and drive successful implementation outcomes.
• A customer-first mindset with the interpersonal skills to build credibility and trusted relationships with customers and internal partners.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as trusted technical adviser during SaaS implementations.
• Guide technical solution design across APIs, integrations, data flows, and custom solutions.
• Lead technical discovery and conversations with customer and Ellucian teams.
• Translate complex technical challenges into actionable plans, highlighting priorities, dependencies, risks, decisions, and actions.
• Drive technical delivery and implementation readiness by tracking progress against technical plans and coordinating resources.
• Influence decisions and create alignment across technical and business stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve technical risks and roadblocks with cross-team collaboration.
• Help customers maximize their investment by mapping requirements to platform capabilities and solutions.
