Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5–7 years in AI and Data Science.
• 10+ years in-depth experience with contact center operations.
• Strong ability to communicate with senior executives and present value propositions.
• Lead internal stakeholders and drive cross-functional value propositions.
• Knowledge of CRM, CDP, ERP, and data ecosystems.
• Architectural knowledge of data lakes/warehouses (AWS, GCP, Azure, Snowflake).
• Willingness to travel 30–50%.

Responsibilities

• Act as the lead technical SME selling CX automation solutions to C-suite executives with a focus on ROI.
• Nurture executive customer relationships through ongoing ROI discussions in marquee accounts.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of machine learning and Verint DaVinci AI.
• Lead cross-functional teams to position the Open CCaaS platform as the platform of choice.
• Present Verint Engagement Data Hub to senior IT and Data Science teams.
• Leverage data architecture knowledge to provide industry insights and differentiate the platform.
• Build thought leadership and participate in speaking opportunities and events.
• Deliver content across multiple channels to demonstrate the value of the Open CCaaS platform.
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop strategies for partners and customers.
• Identify white spaces in customer accounts and close opportunities.
• Maintain ongoing knowledge of Verint products and industry trends.
