Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5–7 years' experience in AI and Data Science.
• 10+ years in contact center operations or implementations.
• Strong ability to communicate with senior executives.
• Willingness to travel 30–50%.
• Background screening as per policy.

Responsibilities

• Lead ROI-focused conversations with C-suite executives.
• Nurture executive relationships across marquee accounts.
• Educate and evangelize Verint DaVinci AI.
• Coordinate with Product, Sales, Solutions, and Services teams.
• Present Verint Engagement Data Hub to IT/Data Science teams.
• Develop market insights and thought leadership.
• Collaborate with Marketing on strategies.
• Identify white spaces and drive closures.
