Job summary

Verint Systems Inc. is seeking a Platform Consultant to act as an executive evangelist for the Open CCaaS platform. You will blend technology and business development to drive ROI with C-suite stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams to position Verint as the platform of choice for contact centers.

You will maintain deep knowledge of Verint DaVinci AI, educate customers, and build thought leadership while traveling up to 50% to engage customers and partners worldwide.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5–7 years in AI and Data Science.
• 10+ years in-depth contact center operations or related implementation experience.
• Ability to communicate with senior executives and articulate value propositions.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of data ecosystems (CRMs, CDPs, ERPs).
• Willingness to travel 30–50%.
• Background check and compliance screening may be required.

Responsibilities
