Job summary

Verint Systems, Inc. is seeking a Platform Consultant to drive CX automation initiatives and ROI-focused engagements with senior client teams. The role blends advanced technical depth with strategic business development to evangelize the Verint Open CCaaS platform across organizations.

The senior consultant will educate C-suite stakeholders, lead cross-functional efforts, and help customers achieve platform adoption, ROI, and expansion opportunities through data-driven storytelling.

Qualifications

5–7 years' experience in AI and Data Science.
10+ years in-depth contact center operations experience.
Strong ability to communicate effectively with senior executives.
Excellent leadership; SME with business acumen.
Knowledge of CRM/CDP/ERP ecosystems.
Experience with data lakes/warehouses (AWS, GCP, Azure, Snowflake).
Willingness to travel 30–50%.
Successful completion of background screening per regulations.

Responsibilities

Operate as the lead technical SME selling CX automation to C-suite executives with ROI focus.
Manage and nurture executive relationships through ROI discussions in marquee accounts.
Maintain deep knowledge of machine learning and data science; articulate Verint DaVinci AI.
Lead cross-functional teams to position the platform as the line of choice for contact centers.
Present Verint Engagement Data Hub to senior IT and Data Science teams.
Provide industry insights from data architecture knowledge to differentiate the platform.
Build thought leadership and engage in speaking opportunities and networking.
Deliver content across channels to show why Verint Open CCaaS is needed.
Collaborate with Marketing to engage partners and customers.
