Job summary

Verint Systems Inc. seeks a Platform Consultant to act as an executive evangelist for the Verint Open CCaaS platform. This senior role blends technology and business development to articulate ROI and drive adoption among customers’ C-suites.

You will lead cross-functional teams, stay ahead in ML and data science, and position the platform as the choice for contact centers. Travel 30–50% is required, with emphasis on strategic ROI and partnerships.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
5–7 years' experience in AI and Data Science.
10+ years' experience with contact center operations.
Strong ability to communicate with senior executives.
Excellent leadership and SME capabilities.
Knowledge of contact center solutions is an advantage.
Experience with data ecosystems (CRMs, CDPs, ERPs) and data lakes/warehouses (AWS, GCP, Azure, Snowflake).
Strong networking, analytical, and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel 30–50%.

Responsibilities

Operate as the lead technical SME selling CX automation solutions to C-suite executives with a focus on ROI.
Manage executive customer relationships and identify expansion opportunities.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of machine learning and Verint DaVinci AI.
Lead cross-functional teams to position the platform as the customer’s platform of choice.
Present Verint Engagement Data Hub to senior IT and Data Science teams.
Provide insights from data architecture and industry trends.
Build thought leadership and engage in marketing opportunities.
Deliver content across multiple channels to demonstrate platform value.
Collaborate with Marketing to engage partners and customers.
