Job summary

CrowdStrike, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated technical analyst to join our global SOC. You will triage, investigate, and respond to detections across endpoints, identity, email, network and cloud, and you will conduct root-cause analyses using EDR telemetry and logs.

Qualifications

• Hands-on incident response across hosts, networks and cloud environments.
• Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK and threat frameworks in investigations.
• Experience with forensic analysis tools in incident response.
• Basic static and dynamic malware analysis capability.
• Strong Windows/macOS/Linux fundamentals and administration experience.
• Ability to coordinate with teams and communicate findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Triage, investigate, and respond to security detections across endpoint, identity, email, network and cloud.
• Analyze EDR telemetry, logs, and artifacts to determine root cause and scope of compromise.
• Investigate suspicious Microsoft 365 activity (BEC/AITM), contain threats, and guide customers.
• Perform basic malware analysis to support investigations.
• Develop and improve incident detection and countermeasure processes.
• Deliver clear, concise customer communications during incident response.
• Produce high-quality written and verbal findings for customers and internal teams.
