CrowdStrike is seeking a highly motivated Senior Analyst for Platform Professional Services to help protect customers by detecting, analyzing, and remediating incidents across diverse environments.

You’ll leverage the Falcon platform and collaborate with clients to optimize configurations, detect threats, and drive effective responses. This role emphasizes leadership, communication, and security automation.

Qualifications

• Experience in SOC, malware analysis or incident response.
• Ability to conduct or manage incident response for targeted threats.
• Experience with forensic analysis tools in IR investigations.
• Understanding of countermeasures, remediation, and system internals.

Responsibilities

• Exercise incident handling and remediation across Windows, Mac, Linux.
• Perform malware analysis across customer environments with evolving threats.
• Develop and improve incident detection processes and countermeasures.
• Produce high-quality communications to customers.
• Develop and implement security content across CrowdStrike modules.
• Demonstrate thought leadership via blog posts, CrowdCasts, events.
• Provide ongoing feedback for operational collateral and capabilities.
• Offer consulting support for onboarding CrowdStrike Falcon modules.
