Job summary

Forvis Mazars, LLP is seeking a Platform Product Owner II to steer platform strategy and execution across enterprise SaaS platforms. You will partner with executives, Product Line Managers, and technical teams to drive adoption, governance, and lifecycle management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in product ownership, product management, platform management, or related tech roles.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms and driving platform adoption and business value.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Lean, product ownership, and backlog management.
• Knowledge of security, privacy, data governance, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead platform strategy, vision, roadmap development, and OKR definition with executives and Product Line Managers.
• Establish and monitor platform adoption, utilization, and business impact metrics.
• Own the full platform lifecycle including evaluation, implementation, enhancement, release, and retirement.
• Manage intake, requirements gathering, backlog prioritization, and translate needs into epics and stories.
• Develop functional specs, acceptance criteria, wireframes, prototypes, and docs.
• Prioritize work based on value, risk, effort, dependencies, and team capacity.
• Coordinate platform templates, reusable assets, and standards governance.
• Partner with development teams to scope custom development and integration efforts.
