You will shepherd cross-product programs tied to core services that govern customer configuration, platform management, security initiatives, and more, owning the roadmaps with product managers, engineering, UX, customers, legal counsel, and compliance officers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, product management or a related field.
• 4+ years of product management experience, including platform services.
• Experience applying AI-enabled workflows to accelerate learning and delivery.
• Strong understanding of front-end and back-end development principles.
• Experience building shared component libraries with engineering teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across cross-functional groups.
• Experience working in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and cross-product initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, legal, and compliance to deliver reusable components.
• Translate business and compliance needs into user stories and specs.
