Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with progressive leadership responsibility in software-enabled hardware, IoT, or connected product portfolios.
• Availability to travel up to 15% in support of business objectives.
• Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the USA. No visa sponsoring available

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the long-term platform and data strategy for Sensitech and Lynx to enable Cargo monitoring and telematics solutions.
• Lead the One platform product vision across shared services, identity, APIs, data services, analytics enablement, and drive seamless customer experiences across platforms.
• Own the roadmap for consolidating legacy platforms into a unified One platform architecture and support migration initiatives across Sensitech and Lynx to minimize disruption.
• Partner with Customer Success, Commercial, Support, and product teams to manage adoption, communications, and migration risks; measure migration outcomes and customer value.
• Work closely with Engineering and Architecture to establish platform standards, governance, and technical guardrails.
• Define and commercialize Data-as-a-Service products for customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Create a consolidated API strategy and roadmap across units leveraging reusable integration frameworks for ecosystem growth.
• Develop business cases and quantify value with trade-offs from consolidation, migration, APIs, integrations, and shared services.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product management team focused on outcomes and commercial impact.
