Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead PDLC/SDLC transformation across the Intuit Platform and Development Xcceleration group. You will own end-to-end roadmaps, align executive goals with day-to-day delivery, and drive AI tool integration to accelerate enterprise software delivery.

You will champion user empathy, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional influence while managing high-velocity, cross-organizational initiatives in Mountain View and beyond.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical product management for developer platforms or enterprise PDLC/SDLC.
• End-to-End PDLC/SDLC expertise with detailed execution tracking.
• Data-driven discovery using quantitative metrics and qualitative research.
• Strong stakeholder influence and internal change management experience.
• Technical fluency with tool integrations and system interoperability.
• PM certifications (PMP or CSPO) preferred.
• Undergraduate CS/engineering degree; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end PDLC transformation roadmap and execution.
• Bridge company goals to day-to-day software delivery with a single plan.
• Lead cross-organizational stakeholder alignment and boundary management.
• Embed AI tools into the product management lifecycle for faster alignment.
• Drive autonomous execution of large-scale cross-functional initiatives.
• Communicate strategy to executives and developer communities with clarity.
