Job summary

IDC is seeking a Sr. Product Manager, Platform to shape core IDC Quanta platform capabilities, translating stakeholder needs into scalable requirements across reliability, analytics, and access experiences.

You will own discovery, definition, prioritization, and post-launch outcomes in collaboration with engineering. The role requires 8+ years in product management, a technical or quantitative background, and strong ability to drive metrics and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or quantitative field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of product management experience, ideally with platform or data products.
• Experience translating needs into clear requirements and backlog items.
• Experience with SaaS platforms and collaborating with engineering on scalability and reliability.
• Experience defining product metrics to guide decisions.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication.
• Travel up to 10% and a remote work model.

Responsibilities

• Own product discovery and definition for core IDC Quanta platform capabilities that support scalability, reliability, secure access, usage visibility, agentic workflows, and long-term growth.
• Translate user, customer, partner, and internal stakeholder needs into clear platform use cases, product requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with Technical Product Management and engineering to prioritize platform improvements that enable consistent identity experiences, secure access patterns, and scalable usage growth.
• Define, monitor, and interpret product success metrics, including usage, adoption, engagement, and capability performance, using insights to guide iteration.
• Align and sequence the IDC Quanta platform backlog across quarterly priorities, balancing customer value, technical dependencies, operational readiness, and long-term extensibility.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, data, research, and go-to-market partners to make platform capabilities understandable, usable, and commercially relevant.
• Communicate roadmap context, scope tradeoffs, delivery progress, and post-launch outcomes to product leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
