Job summary

Qualtrics is seeking a Principal Product Manager for the Core AI Platform in Seattle. Lead the strategy and architecture for foundational AI capabilities, including ontologies, semantic layers, and agent infrastructure, partnering with engineering, AI research, and data science to deliver scalable, trusted AI experiences.

You will define roadmaps, measurable outcomes, and platform adoption strategies across the product portfolio, ensuring security, observability, and governance for enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of product management experience
• Proven track record defining product strategy and delivering technically sophisticated platforms
• Hands‑on experience in: agentic AI systems, AI evaluation, ontologies/knowledge graphs, retrieval/context memory, LLM infrastructure, AI observability, governance and safety

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the product strategy for Qualtrics Core AI Platform.
• Define architecture and capabilities for teams to build reliable AI experiences.
• Lead product strategy for ontologies, semantic layers, agent orchestration, and evaluation systems.
• Drive cross‑functional collaboration with engineering, AI research, data science, and UX.
• Define roadmaps, KPIs, and governance frameworks to ensure reliable enterprise AI.
• Roll out platform capabilities and developer enablement across Qualtrics teams.
