Job summary

REI Co-op is seeking a Senior Manager, Platform Product Management to lead a team of five product managers responsible for a connected portfolio of data and digital experience platforms, including AI decisioning, identity, analytics, content and data platforms.

You will align roadmaps, manage cross‑platform dependencies, and ensure work delivers measurable customer and business outcomes by partnering with engineering, data science, design, marketing, and membership.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in product management, including ownership of large tech or platform products.
• 3+ years as a people leader across product managers.
• Ability to explain design choices, needs, risks, and tradeoffs clearly.
• Experience coordinating across engineering, data science, design, and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into a cohesive platform portfolio roadmap with clear priorities.
• Lead and develop five product managers.
• Align roadmaps across platforms and manage cross-platform dependencies.
• Establish discovery and feedback practices with teams using platform capabilities.
• Communicate vision, progress, and outcomes to senior leaders and partners.
