Job summary

RTS Management, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director, Platform Product to lead the Evo Tech Platform.

You will shape vision, strategy, and execution, translating requirements into a prioritized roadmap and driving delivery with internal and external partners. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional collaboration while operating in a remote-friendly, multi-region environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive product management experience
• Experience at Director/Senior Director level
• Experience taking digital products from planning to launch and improvement
• Experience owning strategy, roadmaps, priorities, launches, and performance
• Experience working with multiple teams and senior stakeholders to drive product decisions
• Ability to translate business and user needs into clear product requirements
• Experience leading initiatives with external technology or development partners
• Strong judgment, communication, and prioritization in fast-moving environments
• Comfort moving between long-term strategy and hands-on execution
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for events and milestones

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities for the platform initiative
• Translate business goals and user needs into clear requirements and measurable outcomes
• Define scope and priorities, balancing build-now vs. later
• Make tradeoffs across UX, business value, timing, complexity, and cost
• Keep the roadmap aligned with evolving needs and feedback
• Provide leadership with clear recommendations on major decisions and priorities
• Collaborate with leaders and users to understand workflows and opportunities
• Lead discovery sessions and translate input into priorities
• Manage external partners, acceptance criteria, and delivery expectations
• Ensure technical decisions support performance, reliability, and scalability
• Lead launches, pilots, and post-launch improvements
• Use data and feedback to inform future priorities
• Travel for major events, meetings, and milestones
