RTS Management, Inc. seeks a Senior Director, Platform Product to lead the Evo Tech Platform. You will shape vision, strategy, and prioritization, working with stakeholders across the company and external technology partners to drive delivery from concept to launch and ongoing evolution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive product management experience leading digital platforms.
• Experience at director-level or equivalent senior product leadership positions.
• Proven ability to translate business and user needs into clear product requirements and roadmaps.
• Strong judgment, communication, and prioritization skills in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Own product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities for the platform initiative.
• Translate business goals and user needs into measurable outcomes and prioritized requirements.
• Define scope, tradeoffs, and roadmap with clear milestones and success metrics.
• Lead cross-functional discovery sessions and ensure alignment across leaders and teams.
• Manage external partners; translate priorities into clear delivery expectations and acceptance criteria.
• Lead launches and post-launch improvements using data and user feedback.
