Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of Platform Product Management to lead a lean team building a cohesive platform. You’ll shape the platform vision, translate needs into a single roadmap, and work closely with EDD engineers to ship capabilities.

You’ll mentor PMs, drive adoption, and ensure alignment with executive stakeholders. The role requires deep technical fluency, hands-on problem solving, and the ability to balance strategic priorities across many teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, with platform or developer products.
• Experience owning technical products used by engineers.
• Bachelor’s in CS or a technical field; hands-on exp welcome.

Responsibilities

• Define how the platform decides what to build and in what order.
• Consolidate initiatives into a single ruthlessly sequenced roadmap.
• Collaborate with hosting/compute, CI/CD, and developer tooling teams.
• Drive adoption and measure real progress with partner teams.
• Mentor PMs and grow the platform product team.
