Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a Senior Product Manager - AI and Automation Platforms to shape the next generation of AI-powered, automated customer experiences. You’ll define product strategy, partner with engineering, data science, and design, and lead initiatives in a fast-evolving payments ecosystem.

The role requires 7+ years in product management, a Bachelor’s degree, and a track record delivering AI/automation products.

Qualifications

7+ years of Product Management experience.
Experience delivering AI, automation, analytics, or workflow optimization products.
